Rental Rules

  • Daily rental is defined as 10am - 6pm

  • Cart Barn for pickup and dropoff is at 169 Port Rd in Kennebunk, next to Lower Village Laundry. Delivery fees may apply.

  • Must be 21 with a valid US drivers license

  • Must provide proof of automobile insurance in the name of the renter

  • Operation strictly limited to the renter on record or other additional named drivers

  • LSVs are restricted to roads that have a speed limit under 35mph and must follow all traffic laws

  • 6 person limit

  • On road use only

  • Owners reserve the right to revoke any rental due to any report of unsafe use of our LSVs.

  • Any damages to the vehicles or third party property, as well as traffic/parking violations will be billed to the renter.
